At Okayplayer Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, so we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
